HIGHLY POOR SERVICE WITH FALSE COMMITTMENT

Dear sir,

My self HASSAN AMIR SHAIFI based at Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is to bring to your notice that in the last week of june BATTERY KIT of my PUREIT filter was replaced price worth rs 365/-.Just after one month the kit stopped working and when i asked the service person of HLL mr manik he told that you will have to pay once again for the battery kit. When it was asked how its possible that the kit will stop working in just one month he replied in a very crude manner. There marketing is aggressive but service part is highly poor. Now i sincerely request you to look into the concern and do the needfull. For the same i will be immensely gratified.
