HLL Pure it water filter
Poor customer support

Iam using this filter 4m past 1 year. The product is excellent but the customer service is poor. I had booked one battery kit on 10 march. But till date nobody turned up. When enquired in this regard (to call center 9243100100) it was told that it will be escalated to higher ups and will be dealt with topmost priority.

But unfortunately HLL fellows have more enthu during marketing no during maintanence.
