They have not delievered battery kit

I registered a call on 12.06.2009 to HLL Pureit Call Centre 9246100100 for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 24.03.2008 I have not received the Battery Kit. after 4days, I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason, they told that it would be delievered in another three days. The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers.
