Lost ATM

Hi,

Sir my mothers ATM was lost on 31-10.I have concerned to bank manager, he gave a TOLL FREE number:1800112211 to block the ATM.But that is connecting only from BSNL land line..Fom 3 days i was continuously trying to that number, it was not connecting... so, please tell me other source to block the ATM card...
