Sir,
with due respect, I am a BSNL landline and Brodband user. But maximum time both the telephone and brodband is not working properly. I have complained about this several times to the SDO, JTO and also at the exchange. But there is no result.
So, I would request you to kindly solve this problem for which i shall remain greatful to you.
