One of our customers Mr. Suthar has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order of LG Cookie GSM Mobile Phone Model No: on his blog posted on 25h June.
Our business partner M/s Cafegadgets.in had shipped the product to him through their logistics partner on 17th June. However, they were unable to deliver at his location and returned back the same on 22nd June. Hence, our business partner M/s Cafegadgets.in arranged for a special delivery to the customer. Mr. Suthar has confirmed receipt of the mobile handset yesterday.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
