One of our customers Mr. Hudlaimath has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his Demand Draft for his non serviced order for VOX Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone on his blog posted on 12th July.

Since we had exhausted the stocks for the said product and were not able to service his order, the demand draft received from him on 4th July was sent back to him on 7th July through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number # 12552603313. However, our courier partner was unable to deliver the same due to political disturbance in the city. They have delivered it today and Mr. Hudalimath has confirmed receipt of the same.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
