I had ordered one TOPPER 10th Exam special DVD worth 500Rs for my daughter in the month of Sep 2009 from the online portal of HomeShop18.
They had promptly delivered an EMPTY I repeat EMPTY DVD box without any DVD. This has come through bluedart one of the premier courier company (incidentally the same courier person delivered
me cd/dvd s worth 2200Rs from learnnext.com for my daughter again) so I can not doubt the courier
agency and infact the package is neatly securely packed.
I had informed them immediately after receiving the package. They had promised me the moon
but nothing had actually happened.
I left a online feedback through their site for which they replied " the product is already delivered"
without actually going into my previous complaints.
It is again interesting that they do not have any email address for the feedback. you have to use
their website only.
Overall in my 5-7 years of online experience this is the first shocking incident of ridiculously
poor and pathetic customer service. I am posting this so that others take suitable precautions.
I had purchased many items through sify/rediff/autsun but never like this happened.
May god give them proper thinking power so that they try to solve customer problems as soon
as possible.
it is more shocking since this is from a reputed firm belonging to TV18 etc., (I happen to be their
share holder ha ha ha... )
