Not Received Pan Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I havd applied for Pan card for myself dt. 22 sep till now I have not received the PAN Card. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application. Acknowledgement No. 042600459, Fee coupon No: 029612476 dt: 22 sep 2008. Same I have received Pan Card No (CALPS8579P) from help desk.

Plz Revert ASAP.
