Purchased a bed on 16/11 but had to wait for three days to receive it. Had to fight with the company for its fitting to be done on the same day because I was promised the same on the date of purchase. Now to make the things worse the bed is defective, I tried calling them after 11:30 but the machine answer that you should call during their working hours which happens to be 11:30 a.m.
Now finally when they answered my call, their system is down for two days, so manually they have taken the complain and have requested to wait till evening to hear from them. What do they expect from the customer is to pay the bill before the delivery of the product and run after them for their rights.
It has been a horrible experience
