Hi,

i was impressed by their bathroom tiles collection and placed an order for renovating our bathroom.

i found out a thoroughly irresponsible behaviour of their staff to my shock. they do charge an exorbitant amount for their work which i paid in advance. first of all they sent the wrong color of tiles and secondly he had promised to take the remaining tiles back from us as they were the ones who had made the estimation for the amount of tiles required. they later backed out from taking any responsibilty for their fault.

i have never seen such arrogance and irresponsible beviour and harrassment of customers in any other store in bangalore. shame on hometown for such behaviou
