I have purchased furniture from Home Town, Kolkata and it was supposed to be delivered on 6th October. On 6th evening, when furniture was not delivered, I called Home Town and I was informed that it will be delivered on 8th. On 8th morning, I called Home Town to know the status, I was told that they will delivered it on 10th and when I insist to know the reason of this delay, I did not get any satisfactory response from them. I do not know what I should be doing? I have spent my two days in my house, waiting for furniture to be delivered and every time I get a new date. Can any one provide me customer grievance redressal contact number or email id for Future Group or/and Home Town?
