Dear Sir,

This is to infrom you that I have purchased the activa scooter just 10 month back on 16-8-08.from bangalore Baswanagudi show room. I got Two free services till date but I am surprised to note that every time the service centre used to wash and give nothing else. When I asked to check the Battery, spark plug, starter (Due to self starting problem), and light etc. They simply said without checking every thing O.K

When I go for any problem they are not entertaining if at all they do they charged heavly (Even it is under gurantee period.)Really seeing the company repo I choosed this scooter but I never thouht that the service is so poor. My scooter Regd No. KA-51, S-271 (karnataka registration.)for my Daughter Miss K.Meenakshi now she said I dont want such type of scooter which gives alwayes problem. Thanks to your peoples who dont know about the scooter servicing to whom you have employed.
