Honda Active scooter was purchased about 11 months back from BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH authorised agent. Since last six months the vehicle front wheel has particular complain that is it doesnot move freely.
Something is touching the wheel.
The complain was taken up with the authorised service station during 2nd, third free warranty servicing, but the service station people doesnot recognise the complain and hence they do not attempt to repair the same. Are they doing it purposely so that the warranty period, during which they have to repair free, elapses and they can charge exorbitantly from the customer?
Please take up the matter with company and help resolve it.
