Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased a Aviater from ur dealer Paradise honda dehradun. After 550km the clutch was totaly meshed into pieces automatically while driving . for this i just complaint to your dealer and claim for warrenty but they said it doesn`t comes under warrenty and you have to pay for it and charge 1080=00 for the cluch in our new Aviater we were very disappointed and paid the amount.
The engineer said it is a manufacturing defect but the company is not taking any responsibility for this defect and denied for the warrenty.
Now again we hear the sound in the clutch and feels low pick up.
My question is in the new product at the 550 km is it possible to face the problem of clutch again and again I have scooterets of other companies too and didn`t face this type of problem from past 7 years i am the only user and good enough knowledge to ride automatic scooterets but dont know why your honda aviater creates this type of problem.
It may be the matter to go in Consumer forum if the company didn`t take any action regarding our complaint and never purchased the product of honda in future anymore.
