Dear Sir/Madam,

It will be a great favor on me if you give the above matter your immediate attention and do the needful.

Myself, Mr. Paresh V. Prekh has booked an vehicle (Honda Activa) on 05/09 and has also done the l advance payment Rs. 5000.00 for the same on 05/09 Receipt No. HDFC/09/150 but till now I haven’t got the delivery of the vehicle. I have done this booking in authorized center of the company which is known as APEX AUTOMOTIVE (MANINAGAR) and my booking number is DMS-61597.It is almost 3 Month nearest

Company is ripping off people coz if u want scooter at current. You have to buy with accessories and AMC 3 Years which cost you Rs.6000.00 extra and market price for accessories Rs. 1000.00 and if you want scooter without accessories book your scooter and get your scooter after 6 months.

I hope you will understand my problem and will look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
