Dear sir/madam:
I am complaining in behalf of my wife, Bernadette Cervantes, because of the differernt delaying tactics being emplyed by Honda Laguna, Philippines. My wife bought a Honda City 2009 1.3 S M/T last July 3 from Honda Cars Laguna. A certain, Ms. Ana Amistad of Honda Car Laguna, Philippines offered freebies however she or Honda Car Laguna did not include hydrophillic treatment which was previously offered and worst the car has mileage reading of 49 kilometers, uneven mark or paint in the hood of the car and a paint stain at rear bumper.
Also, when my wife drove the car, she noticed that the steering wheel was off centered and pulling to the right. For safety reason and due to the unsafe and dangerous experience my wife suffered, she informed the Honda Laguna, Philippines about the problem.
However, inspite of the complaint made of my wife and her continuous follow up, the Honda Car Laguna, Philippines did nothing to properly address the problem instead it always make an alibi that their technician is on vacation and their boss is not around.
By this letter, I am praying that Honda will do an approriate and honorable thing for its client, my wife. The inaction and delaying tactics of Laguna Philippines will surely damage the image and entire name of Honda. Likewise, aside from addressing the complaint of my wife, Bernadette Cervantes, Honda should also look on the credibility and personal profile of the management and employee of Honda Laguna, Philippines to ensure that they are all qualified employees of Honda in whatever form of employment or employee-employer relationship Honda is practicing.
The delivery of improperly check and low quality car to my wife was a dishonest act in the car industry. The unsafe and dangerous condition of the car that could cause an accident or death due to the malpracticed of Honda, Philippines should not be tolerated.
