Dear Sir,
I have purchased one Honda Unicorn (Model: CBF 150S) bike from K.S. Motors, Murgasol, Asansol-713303 for Rs. 62, 803. But while visiting the official site of the company, it was found that the price for the said bike for the Asansol region is Rs. 61, 833 (on road). When the showroom authority was asked about the exess price, they could not give any clear explaination. They answered the exess price is due to other fficial activities.
Payment detail provided by the showroom :-
Basic Price (including VAT=12.5%): Rs. 57, 436
Insurence: Rs. 992
Life Time Road Tax: Rs. 3345
That is total=Rs. 61773.
Since I have paid Rs. 62, 803, I have taken a payment receipt of the same amount, whic I have attached for your reference.
I have also spoken to the customer care of the said compay. The lady who received the call, told me that they will contact me soon. But there is no response from their end till date.
I am here with attaching the necessary details.
I think this perticular showroom or the company is cheating customers. They dont even keep any ready stock. Customers have to book their requirement for Rs.1000, then after 10 to 15 days each and every product is available. There are also no available showrooms in a big city like Durgapur. There is only a for show service centre at Bhiringi More, Durgapur. Whereas other motorbike brands (e.g. Hero Honda, Suzuki, Yahmaha, TVS, Bajaj and four wheelers like Tata, Hyundai) are having showrooms in Durgapur.
stringent action should be taken against this showroom/Company for being involved in such activities.
