I REPEND FOR HAVING PURCHASED A HONDA SHINE AFTER SELLING MY GOOD PERFORMING PULSAR that too from a dealer (KUN-Honda- Adayar, Chennai) who does not demonstrate courtesy and basic business ethics and customer satisfaction.
Right from the day one of purchase had multiple problems, The handle bar was too tight one side and was very dangerous navigating turns, almost skidded twice and stopped using the bike on busy roads fear of skidding, Since this was observed right from purchase called them up to get a time for fixing this, The reply (rude and unprofessional attitude) was to come after 3 days as they have got lot of bikes booked for service or wanted to bring the bike on the stipulated date of first service after fixing up an appointment 3 days prior. So for attending an immediate problem, the customer has to wait for the next service date.
other problems observed are Battery problems within a month, Engine stops while driving.
I wonder if all these complaints atleast reach the principle company (Honda) and trying some corrective actions or Are they taking us for granted.
