Warranty of parts

I purchased a honda stunner Cbf on 12 jan from Modern Honda kota Rajsthan. i ride it 9000 km only n its chain set is not working properly n company says its need to be changed bcz it has spoiled.

but they people are not ready to cover it under the warranty period they are asking money to change it.

so please help me out to resolve the problem of my bike.
