This is further to my complaint i had posted on :- September 14, 11:43 pm in Consumer Electronics.
I had got a call from Jhaveri Honda and they asked me to come down to there service centre located in Kurla. I had taken my bike on 24-Sep to Jhaveri Honda in Kurla for solving my bike problem. The problem was solved on that day but after a week, the problem started coming again [ Kaichi problem ]
I had taken my bike to service centre for almost 4 times [ thrice in Pilot Honda and once in Jhaveri Honda ] but still you are not able to solve this problem. Shame on you guys, WEIRD!!
As a customer we dont take new bikes [ that also costly bikes ] for giving in servicing every now and then. If this is the way HONDA is going to perfom then HONDA wont last in the market for long.
I would request you to change the whole body to get rid of this problem [ offcourse with no charges since this is new bike and problem was coming right from the first week ] or else give my money back.
I am fed up of the problem and i want HONDA team to return my money. I will file a case against you GUYS.
