I had got a call from Jhaveri Honda last week and they had asked me to come down to there Cotton Green Branch for resolving the issue. I will be going there on this Sat 16-Oct and lets see what they will do to resolve the issue. I really need this open issue to be closed this time.
One thing is for sure, if this time the problem is not been solved i am gonna ask them to replace the whole bike or pay my full money.
I am not free to visit the service centres [ Chembur, Kurla & Cotton Green ] every now an then, Absolutely unethical!!!
HOPE FOR THE BEST!! Appreciate there focus on this or i need to do a major escalation for this.
