Hi I am Sajeev Kumar from Delhi purchased a Unicorn Bike form Swarup Honda, 9 Bharti Artist Colony, Vikas Marg, New Delhi on 13/05 my vide Invoice No. is 591 and the registration No. is DL7SBF 2535 in full ready cash. Today dated 06/07 I went to withdraw the cash from ATM and when I went back my bikes' lock was not working properly. I went to the patparganj honda workshop for repair and service. Honda Service Manager Mr. Anuj Khanna said that my bikes' lock will get replaced when it gets 100% damged before that it couldn't get replaced. I am not happy with the service & reply from such a branded two wheeler company. When I went there I saw two-three more customers were fighting with them regarding their problem and there was no body to listen to them. Executive response was also very rude. I want you to please listen to my complaint and take necessary action. I would be grateful to you.
