Delay in delivery of bike

I have booked black unicorn on june 2nd by paying Rs.1000 in adithya enterprises, diamond plaza, nadakkavu (po), kannur road, calicut-673011

four times i visited there showroom according to their demand. finaly they told to pay full amount Rs.60530.00 (bill no. 03471). on 18th August i paid the above amount at a deal that on 20th August bike will be delivered. today i went, it seemes that there no stock of bike in company.

so please conceder my complaint...
