Dear Sir/Madam.

I am Karan Chopra from Amritsar Town having a policy of your comapny with policy no: 05533327. I am continuing this policy from the last 3 yrs. But howsoever amount of Rs 4221/- has been deducted from credit card n:(5176 5210 0586 4998) HDFC CARD against this policy. But i never gave any instructions for this auto debit facility. So kindly provide me the scanned copy of the card. So that i can check it out how this transaction took place.
