Hi,

My name is Priyanko Sinha. I bought a Fly Mobile (Model-Hammer) from Delhi on 25th Oct (as I was staying in Delhi) and I have taken the Hot Spot Care Pack to secure my Mobile.

On 4th of Apr the LCD of my mobile got broken and I had submitted my mobile to Hot Spot Store (Address- 334, Jessore Road, Shop No WI, Ground Floor, Near Kalindi, Kolkata – 700089) as I relocated to Kolkata. Job sheet-No 003, Book No-934, Location Code-487, Location-Kolkata (Kalindi).

1st of all, like to tell you the Store Manager Mr. Ravi 9001033136 (Don’t Know the last name) was so rude and he does not know how to handle customers. He kept me sat for 45 min due to some urgent work he stated but when any new customer is coming to the shop he is attending leaving all his urgent work. Its show that he does not value old customer as he already paid the money to you. Then he attended me and told me that you will get your mobile on 25th Apr. When I asked him why so long, he told me the part is not available right now. I asked him but in the Service Job Sheet under Terms and Condition for repair it’s written “The customer should take the delivery of the product with in 14 days of written intimation (Step No 9)”. When I asked him it’s written here then why you are delaying so much. He replied “Please take the number of service person who will be repairing your mobile. His name is Mr. Hiren (Don’t know last name) mobile number 9007033127 (Working at Service Center 29, Girish Park, Viveka Nanda Road Kolkata)”. When I asked Mr. Ravi what was his full name as I wanted to complain about him he told “I will not give you my full name”.

Then I start calling Mr. Hiren (Service person) from 18th Apr to know the status and I came to know still the part was not available and it has not being delivered. My question is “Is the part is coming from abroad as it was taking so much long to get delivered from Delhi? ” He has no reply just saying “I know I can understand”. What the hell Mr. Hiren was talking about? What you understand? Its 18 days without a mobile and still he is saying it will take long time.

I am sorry to inform this is really PATHETIC and this is NOT EXCEPT ABLE from such a Brand Name. Don’t know whether this is going work or not as I am writing so long but like to tell you I a law student and if this continues long I will report this to Consumer Court as my dad is a consumer lawyer then that will be your problem. As your people are saying “it’s not our problem, we are not getting the part”.

So, please look into this and expecting an answer from you.
