Rs.1800.00 Excess charged by Hot Spot mobile Store

Sir,

I had Purchased a mobile-model-Samsung SGH F 270 from Hot Spot Mobile Store, D 154, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 vide Bill no. 25/1222 dt 16.06.09 time appx. 19.35 hours for Rs. 9400.00 Rs. 600.00 For extra Insurance, But the rate of that Mobile-ModelWas Rs. 7600.00 in other Reputed Mobile Store. and Rs. 8100.00 and Rs.8000.00 on Hot Spot Mobile Store situated at other Places of delhi. When I contected the Hot Spot on 17.06.09 They refused to refund the excess charged Rs. 1800.00 or take back my Mobile and refund Rs. 9400.00. The HotSpot mobile store is cheating the Public and there somany complaints of Other customers. I had enough bill/Quotation for the proof of Rates (Including other Hot Spot Mobile Stores). I request you to take an strict action against the Hot Spot Mobile Store so that they wwill not be able to cheat the Public in future and to refund my amount.
