I have purchased a new mobile phone (IMEI : 354396080022779) dated 21/9. I was given the warranty of 1 year at the timing of issuance based upon there bill. No separate Warranty card was given to me. Mobile stopped working properly after 1 week and there were issue related to mobile charging. I visited their service centre and it get repaired after 20 days. But problem did not get sorted out and I gave the mobile for repairing 2 times more taking a period of around 2 months. Somehow they temporary solved the issue. But again after 1 month I faced the same problem. The Service centre associated suggested me to go to retailer from where I purchased the mobile. But the Hotspots retail centre located at Sahara Mall Gurgaon were not listening to my complain and the problem which I am facing from so long time. They refused to replace my mobile which is in warranty period.
After all my efforts get failed, I am requesting you to take proper action against them. I have hardly used the mobile for 3months during such a long period. My 3 complaints are registered in Serivce centre located at Gurgaon and Delhi.
