Damages/Inconvinence due to coconut tree

Respected Sir,

I am Ganesh Babu living at 96/32nd cross, 4th Block, 6th Main, Thayagarajanagar, Bangalore -28, M- 9945050209 . There is a coconut tree in my neighbor’s (Shiva) house, leaned towards the road and to my house. The dry coconuts from the tree damaged my car 4 times. The neighbour is not caring about it.

Last week it damages my brand new car. Also, I am bothered about the kids playing on the road.

I am not sure, how to take it forward. Please do the needful
