Instrument locked

Hello,

From past 6 Months our instrument (landline cordless phone) had been locked and i have complained 4 to 5 times to customer care but there is no response, please suggest any remedy so that i can recharge and use the phone, and our phone is running only on battery when the battery is put off instrument will be put off.
