Dear All

I have applied for my PAN CARD on 07.07.2008 and has been duly acknowledged by your good office.

I have been allotted my pan number vide AMUPA3333L, but i have not received the PAN card till now.

Kindly arrange to deliver the same to my address or else tell me the procedure for resubmition of the same.
