I, Sri Krishna Dubey informing you that an All- in- one Printer F 4288 and UPS not reached at my residential address till now though you have send a massage in my mobile (9434839969) that my printer & UPS have been despatched vide overnite express with docket number 700498164 on 20.04.2009 . I am eagerly waiting for receiving the things. Kindly take an expedite action in this matter and let me know the latest status of the matter.
