Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that I have purchased a HP Pavilion Notebook DV4-1131 TX from G.J. Ghaisas & Co. Ashok Chambers, JM Road, Deccan Gymkhana Pune 411004 .I have sent Demand Draft of Rs. 990 drawn in favour of 'Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd' Along with the required documents against the claim of the free gift i.e. Kodak Camera Offer on purchase of HP Pavilion Notebook.

But still I haven’t received the Gift. I have repeatedly trying to contact the HP redemption Team. But Every time I call either the phone is busy or it goes to some answering machine. I also mailed then several times but haven’t got any reply. It’s been 3 and half months now.

I bought the laptop of this company by keeping faith in HP its scheme. I am really unhappy with the company’s response and I will definitely rethink while purchasing the products from “HP”.
