Not received free gifts nor any acknowledgment

This complaint is towards Ms. Aishwarya, Hp Redemption cell.

I had sent a DD worth Rs.500/- on the purchase of HP pavilion series laptop and i sent all necessary documents in favor of proof for student identity and invoice duplicate, original sticker, etc.

I sent it in september and still no reply or any acknowledgment.

I never had expected this height of irresponsibility from a well-established organization like HP.

Please send my complaint as i feel i am being cheated.
