Cylinder not delivered till 21days are passed

I booked number for cylinder on 7/12/07 and till date no supply is made from Jyotika Gas and Domestic appliences the detail of company is as fallows

When we try to ask him about the same the reply given on the date 12/12/07 is

Receipt is issused for delivery and will get deliverd by tomorow

but cy;inder was not received so agian on

16/12/07 we give him call the reply is

stock was not available

so again on 24/12/07 we give him call and reply was again same "No Stock"

Sir I am looking for help from your forum because we have too much problem from this Agencies not only we but customer like us are more..
