Hp compaq 510
Give a defected laptop and action will be taken

I am ravi shanker pandey i did purchase a laptop named hp compaq 510 in october 09 after the 2 or 3 days of purchasing laptop it comes in light that this is defected laptop which provided me it becomes autometically off (not shut down) and if i complaint to authorized vendor he neglected me from replace instead of doing my help. pls take necessory action and provide me new laptop
