HP Compaq dc7700p
Continuous break down

Sir,

One of the Hp DC7700 model purchased for our company shows continous break down and made it hardly usable. Within 6 months of purchase they had 1) Replaced the mother board

2) Replaced the hard disk

Still the problem persist. Kindly note that this is a fully Govt owned PSU company and we are using more than 250 computers of different brands. This is first time in our history that anewly purchased product showing this much problems. Also delay in service is much more than normal conditions.

So we are inviing attention of HP higher authority on this matter and resolve it by replacing the system at the earliest
