I purchased a compaq presario c784tu laptop on 29th july. After 5-6 months my laptop started shutting down at randomely. sometime within half ann hour of use and sometime after a long hour of use. On 7th July I sent my laptop to the authorised HP service center, RT Outsourcing Services ltd., at 1 Dr. U N Brahmachari Street (Loudon St) Kolkata - 700 016. stating the problem. But to my surprise they returned my laptop stating that there is no issue with the laptop. And now the warranty of my laptop is ending on 30th july.
