I brought hp presario from ankamaly, ernakulam dt, kerala, warenty is tree years, with in one year got a probelem 3 times.nw its dead.i went the dealer he told me to call toll free noumber.this people are not responding, evan i sd somany mail to hp help .com even they r not responding.iam fed up with hp
