ON thu 25 sept I booked my cylinder through the IVR of MTNL 12664 and was allotted the booking no 1.
even today since i did not receive the cylinder, i re-booked through the IVR and the recorded message did mention that im booking another cylinder.
It seems the dealer did not receive details of my booking on the 1st call. You need to make the dealer reply to the email address on receipt of the IVR recording and confirm delivery.
even your IVR does not mention non -delivery of Booked cylinder
Kindly give us all options to complain on the IVR and make this more user friendly
