HP service majorly sucks. they are majorly swindling people. I bought a HP desktop 2 months back. I has specifically asked the dealer whether i would be able to work on Auto Cad and Corel on the computer and the dealer assured me for sure. and after installing the machine at my residence i tried and failed to do so repetedly, after calling repetedly they inform me that Vista doesnt support AutoCad. so why wasnt i informed about it, i got swindled out of my money. now i had to install window XP on it. now it keeps getting hanged again and again, and i had to call up 4-5 times and to request for a service engineer to be sent accross, and the call center people literally harrased me, they keep transfering calls and ask the details all over again.
i didnt expect such bad service from HP, nor the improper information passed on by the dealer. i am extremely disappointed with Hewlett & Packard!!
