This is in regards to my Gas Connection (Consumer No. 638477) services are provided by Ekvira Gas Service (19639900). After 21 Days waiting time we have yet not received our gas cylinder and the agency says it would take 10 days more. However we have notice that cylinders are available and being retailed through indirect channel, we regret to say that these cylinders are also available if you shell out extra money to get it immediately. We would not like to encourage the system devised by Ekvira Gas of providing cylinders at a premium price; this kind of black marketing is not at all acceptable.
