I ordered a corner table and corner shelf in Godrej Lifespace, North Boag Road, Chennai on July 5 and we asked them to deliver on July 12 as we are working people and we cant take product on weekdays. Since we had to go out station on July 12, we told the dealers the day before to deliver on the next tuesday after 6 PM. They said their delivery time is between 2PM to 8PM. So we asked them to deliver on or after 6 PM on tuesday. We took permission in office and came home early on that day but they didnt deliver and also they didnt inform us that they are not delivering. So we asked them to deliver the next day i.e., on wednesday after 5:30 PM and again we took permission in office and came home early to take the product. Again they deliver and as usual they didnt inform also. I got a call on Friday morning asking which color of the prodcut I want. I was in the office at that time. I told them that I cant take product at that time as I am in office and also they didnt inform me even that they are planning to deliver on friday. I called the dealer immediately. Then he said they came to my home on thursday. I really got pissed off and said when they dont know which color of the product they have to deliver, how can they come to my home the before day. I asked him again when he is going to deliver. He said he will for sure deliver on saturday. I said ok and waited whole day on saturdey for the product but I didnt get again any product. On monday afternoon i got a call from delivery department that they are on the way and ordered me to immediatley come home and take the product. I again called the dealer and asked about this. He said seriously to me to be at home in one hour and he will do a favor to me in holding the guys not to deliver for one hour. I shouted on that and told them that I cant be at home before 8PM. Then he committed to deliver after 8PM on monday or tuesday. But he didnt deliver on both days. On tuesday evening when I called up to them and asked about this, they said they will now take it very seriously and deliver it on wednesday after 8 PM without fail. Today is thursday and I didnt get any product. The worst part is when I called them about the product, the other guy is saying "Madam is asking to deliver after 8 PM and I can never do that". When he really cant deliver, why he should commit on delivering the product. I gave multiple chances to them to deliver the product but never they delivered the product. Yet I am waiting for the product and its been 3 weeks I booked the product.
