The phone at the service station is always engaged or unresponded. The person attending the phone (if at all present) is very rude to the customer. The delivery of te gas cylinder is never before 15 days, sometimes it even takes 20 to 22 days. It's really pethetic to see such services from such a reputed gas company. We never had such problems before.
