Non receipt of gas refilled cyliende

My consumer no is 618976 with shivshanti gas agency, dhankawadi, pune .i have bokked my cyliender as on 18/09/08 .on internet but till date i have not received the cyliender .this is happning at every time, kindly note the same or otherwise i will take action in the consumer court
