Dear Sir,
Ref: 2235 new gas connection no alloted on 23.10.08
I regret to inform & shame to feel myself as a customer of Hindustan Petroleum where we have no value for a consumer. Unfortunately on 23.10.08, I booked a new gas connection at alwal branch in a hope that i will utilize & enjoy the benefits of your company. Fortunately & Naturally your staff and manager has not performed well towards my issue. On my personal enquiry they have inform me that i have to purchase Gas stove & Gas cylinder with a sum of Rs.4, 000/- change. I informed the respective authorities that i already own a ISI mark stove and i am not interested to purchase one more which is not necessary for me. As you know the fact that we are running through a recession period where everybody is thinking twice to spend the money. You may not be aware the fact because you people are getting side income by doing this kind of ugly business.
In this connection i decided to complain about them to Mr Arun Sabastian, Manager, Secunderabad division. He is one of the useless, ethicless manager i ever met. He doesnt know how to talk & behave with a customer. I got a wording from him saying that if you are not interested to purchase the stove along with gas cylinder then drop your idea to own a new LPG connection. Do you think this type of answer is expected from a higher level staff, you people are appointing this type of people in customer field. I am vexed with this unprofessional & unethical attitude towards consumer concerns. I am clear from my side that i am not going to buy the gas stove, if you forced me to do so then i am also forced you to file a complaint against you in consumer court. Are you ready to face to circumstances.
I am expecting a early & quick action from your side by tomorrow 5: 00 pm, if i didnt get the answer then i presume that you are ready to face legally.
