Issue of second cylinde

Sir,

this is to request u to that i have applied for aconnection of a second gass cylinder at shiv shiva gass service at patran (patiala) punjab from the last five months.the owner of the gass agency is just befooling me and is not giving any appropriate at time.for getting the cylinder.

so i request u do the favour so soon as possible
