Huge Delay in getting the laptop working

I am Deepti Gupta having HP Laptop - DV6314TX. My laptop was not working regularly and had issues. I logged a complaint at the RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, Gurgaon which is an HP Authorized Service Center in second week of November. I am an MBA student and my laptop is either not working or not with me since November. It is still not in working condition. These people now on 3rd January have recognized that the Motherboard needs replacement after replacing the touch screen slit and Hard Disk. I had initially gone to the center t get my DVD R/W drive changed as it was showing problems, but since then it started problem of hanging and not able to recover after hibernating. It took them two months to identify the problem, I was told last Saturday that I will get new mother board in a week, but I am still waiting for their reply in this regard since then. I have taken extended warranty due to which they are not charging me anything, but due to repeated problems I am unable to concentrate on my studies. I am helpless, kindly do the needful so that I am able to study peacefully.
