HP spare part still awaited for 3 weeks and noboby has any info yet

Hi, I own a HP Laptop Model # tx1218au bought from: COMPUTER CARE, MORADABABAD. The Original Warranty expired in Oct and now I have an 2 year extended warranty which HP claims is equivalent to original warranty. Since I bought this Laptop it has made me visit the service center around 5 times, I do not have a HP Service Center in my city so I take it to HP Service Centre in New Delhi everytime there is an issue. System board has been replaced twice and the last one was replaced on 18 Jan.

Almost after 1 month the laptop again crashed and was submitted to the below Service Centre on 24th Feb: Complaint Number: JGSR240202 HP SERVICE CENTRE, A-200, OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE -1, NEW DELHI 110020 PH: 011 44312600

I have been continously calling the Service Centre and the only answer they have is the Spare Part is awaited but no info about when it will be available. After much insistence they gave me the Phone Number of The Service Center Head Mr Kapil Chawla: 011 40536847, but he never answers the phone, further hunting got me the number of Meena Tutu : 98710 64402 who is the NCR head for the Hp service centres but again she also never answers the phone. I dont understand how come these people never reply a phone which is extremely frustrating. Further hunting took me to Mr Amit: 011 40759721 fortunately I got hold of him and he was very humble and promised he will get back to me. 1 week since then and no answer yet, Call his office and the receptionist says I cant talk to him because he is not the concerned person for my laptop, for god sake why did he convinced me earlier if he wasnt the concerned person. Huh? I am sure I have got a defective machine because my friend has the excactly same model and we bought these machine at the gap of 10 days only, his laptop has never been to the service center whereas mine seems to have a second home at the service centers. The Service center people say they are awaiting the part update from the upper end but dont want to let me talk to these damn " UPPER END".

Please help, I am really frustrated with these HP people who are extremely irresponsible. I just feel helpless with such crazy people. I will be grateful if you could help.
