I regret to inform you that I have purchased a HP Lap Top from M/s Hard N Shof, Fancy Market, Haldia Township, Haldia, PrubaMedinipur, West Bengal, Pin-721607, PH No 03224 266856 on 14-09. I have sent a DD Vide No 805757 of Punjab National Bank, Delhi, of Rupees Nine hundred Ninety in favour of M/sSolutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd . address HP Rembemtion Cell, First Floor, A-2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase- 1, New Delhi 110020 along with required documents for against the claim for the Free Gift Offer on Purchase of HP Pavilion Notebook.

But the Party M/s HP Redemption Cell C/o Solutions Integrated Mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., A-2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi 110020 (Phone 011-413067) do not give any offer / any reply till date.

The details of my purchased Compaq Presario Notebook are as follow:

So, I request you kindly look at the matter, take necessary action to provide above free gift and suggest me for further necessary action at the earliest.
